Source Files for Issue 5 Released

We've had a few requests recently for the issue 5 source files, so I took a few hours off from illustrating issue 6 to format and package them up. Here they are -- translate and mash away.

We're still cranking away on issue 6 and we'll let everyone know the release date when we get close enough to accurate predict it.
